Caring For Our Watersheds is an education program that engages students in preserving and improving their local watersheds through student-led solutions.
Students in Grades 7-12 who have a realistic solution for an environmental concern can enter the Caring For Our Watersheds contest.
It gives students an opportunity to get creative, and potentially win a cash prize and see their project become a reality.
Congratulations to Evan Dennis of Montgomery School in Saskatoon, the first place prize winner of $1,000 in 2022 for his proposal entitled “Brilliant Bats.”
Here is a list of the Top 10 entries from 2013 to 2022 to inspire ideas for the 2023 competition.
