The Wascana & Upper Qu’Appelle Watersheds cover a lot of area (23,443 km² to be exact)!

About 20 % of Saskatchewan’s population lives within our watershed which consists of four sub-regions:

• Lanigan-Manitou Sub-basin (Yellow)
• Last Mountain Lake Sub-basin (Red)
• Upper Qu’Appelle Sub-basin (Green)
• Wascana Creek Sub-basin (Orange)
