2022 WUQWATR Poster Contest

The theme for our annual poster contest is “wetlands and wildlife”. 

The contest is open to all students in Grades 3 to 6. 

One entry is allowed per student on a piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ inches by 11 inches. 

There are two divisions:

  • Grades 3 & 4
  • Grades 5 & 6

Prizes

1st place will receive a Citizen Science Freshwater Test Kit (valued at $360) and a $50 gift card

2nd place will receive a Citizen Science Compact Freshwater Test Kit (valued at $140) and a $50 gift card

3rd place will receive a $50 gift card

The 1st place winner in each division is automatically entered into the provincial contest

A separate cover sheet must accompany each entry with the following information:

  • Contestant’s name
  • Parent/Guardian’s name
  • Contestant’s address and phone #
  • Contestant’s grade and age 
  • Full name and address of school
  • Full name of teacher

Mail entries plus the required cover sheet to:
