SK Tree for Life

Posted on June 4, 2021June 7, 2021

We spent three beautiful, hot days in early June delivering 3000 blue spruce, white spruce, hill poplar, prairie sky poplar, and shrub willow saplings throughout our watershed! With stops in Lumdsen, Holdfast, Manitou Beach, Balgonie, White City, Regina, and Bulyea we were busy but it was such a rewarding experience. We enjoyed meeting so many residents of our watersheds and being back in the field sharing our knowledge on climate change and distributing trees. Click Here For more information about the SK Tree for Life Program.

We were able to provide 250 White Spruce saplings to the City of Regina to plant on Boreal Island in A.E. Wilson Park. The news release about this event can be found here.
