Shoreline Naturalization Projects

WUQWATR has received funding through EcoAction and the Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds to do 5 shoreline naturalization projects within the watershed.

These projects will be cost-shared with the landowner (50/50).  WUQWATR has $2500 to do 5 or more projects in the summer/fall of 2017.

The Buffalo Pound Water treatment plant delivers an average of 70 million liters per day to the City of Regina. That's enough to fill 28 Olympic sized swimming pools every day.
